ccbulldog Posted June 18, 2023 Share Posted June 18, 2023 (edited) I would rather get home 30 minutes later on a hot august night to be a little more comfortable at the game, especially if you are sitting on the side of field facing the setting sun. Also I've been to games where the road team band didn't even get to the game until the end of the first quarter so apparently they need more time to make the trip and get in the stands too. Aug 25 is the only weekend in august thats games are being played. Its not going to be a big deal. The kids are going to be practicing anywhere between 3-6pm monday-friday for about 3 weeks.
