Anyone who didn't see this coming 15 years ago wasn't paying attention. Original consolidation named one school Leake County and the other Leake Central, called both the Gators, and colors black and orange.

Pretty sure Kosy is looking for an opponent week 3.

I’m hearing from a reliable source that Leake Central & Leake County are consolidating. Supposedly 4A Leake Central moving up to 5A for the coming school year. I’m wondering how that will work in mid-cycle.

Unless it has changed, doesn’t have to be posted to promote an assistant. If you’re going to interview anyone outside, it must be posted.

If so, there are several places those investigators haven’t visited.

They have a super nice place to play. Turf, LEDs, video board. Only drawbacks, there’s not much can be done about because they’re landlocked. Tiny stands, & too little sideline room.

That’s why a lot of football schools have assistant Athletic Directors.

I can’t say about now, but every coach I talked to when he was at Kosciusko said he was very supportive.

No, I remember Greenwood playing up a few years ago, but MHSAA stopped allowing it. If someone plays up, it leaves a void in the lower classification that either a bigger school, or a smaller one would need to fill.

This is an older topic, but in 5A, Neshoba Central has won 9 consecutive state championships. In 4A, Kosciusko has won 3 of the last 4.
