I don’t have a problem with it only because those kids would has lost 2020 if it had not been for GCS. There school had canceled the season I think I read. If I’m wrong someone please correct me I don’t mind I’m 56 years old I’m a big boy lol. But you point about schools not picking up entire starting lineups is true. It’s usually a few players here and there.

Most private schools and if we’re being honest a lot of public schools recruit players. Most of your biggest power house Private Schools will target 5-6 kids at a young age every year. They move them up through their program and when they graduate you have the next class move through. That’s why the same schools are playing deep in the playoffs every season. It’s been going on for years.

We will lineup and give 100% the down time will hurt for sure but hey we’re not the only one dealing with that problem. You guys know better than most because y’all were virtual as well. I know we always enjoy playing you guys and hope we can keep the series going. Not sure what we may look like Friday but we will be fine going into region play. On a side note please keep one of our starting offensive linemen and his family in your prayers as they lay his father to rest today. He was a big part of our community and will be missed.

We all better get much better as the season goes on. I watched Madison Central and West Jones last night. It’s true about them playing without several returning starters last night. Their Defense is really good MC scored twice on one play drives, one set up by a turnover the other by a long punt return. They only had on decent drive on WJ. Also remember they are breaking in a new QB that has playmakers all around.

I’m not sure but the Wayne County/Pascagoula game was moved up a week to the 10th. That allowed Wayne County to pick up George County on the 17th.
