Hattiesburg is not on probation right now was a misunderstanding
- Yesterday

I don't buy that "self-reporting" nonsense. Usually means they got caught and scrambled to beat the report.
-
Simmons will be the favorite until proven otherwise. Last season head to head Stringer lost 30-14 at Simmons last year, but the score doesn’t truly reflect the game. The game was tied 8-8 end 3rd/ beginning of 4th, and a Simmons player goes down with a gruesome injury. 45-60 min delay due to ambulance travel time. First play back Simmons scores a long TD on 4th down and completely turns the game upside down. Simmons is more talented, but with the possibility of Stringer or Taylorsville, depending on who wins Region 8, getting to host that matchup, I think the outcome could possibly be different this season. Simmons is a good team though who returns basically their entire roster, and I wouldn’t be shocked to see them win it all.
-
Some teams self report their violations. I wonder if they did that last season and this year someone was a tattle tale?
-
First 2 offenses are stern warning and slap on wrist. We know it wasn't the old coach that quit during the season.
-
So 2nd year in a row, same offense, and still a stern lecture and finger shake??? Oh, wait, it's BRANDON I see
-
For the same offense.... what in the world.
-
Slap on wrist. But if something else was to happen the punishment could be more severe. So teams already on probation better be on best behavior. If a game gets chippy and an opponent tries to start something the team or teams on probation best not retaliate.
-
that sounds like every game for enterprise. play hard with a whole lotta hyperbole and then fade away
-
reprimand, fine or what punishment?
-
yes, they are one of the favorites this year. Brady has been building Stringer steadily for this to be the year. Enterprise will play hard, but I don't think they realize what they are in for.
-
Brandon is on probation for the 2nd year in a row.
-
Simmons is the favorite. I think it comes down to them and stringer
-
Isn't Stringer the south favorite to make the 1A finals?
-
Yes on the first three. I think I had them beating UConn at home but losing at Old Dominion.
-
Stringer doesn’t just have Gordon. Just like you say people are underestimating Enterprise, you are underestimating what Stringer returns. Campbell was a heck of a back, but he couldn’t have had the season he had without the offensive line he was running behind. To add on to that, Dan Brady knows how to develop players just like he did Campbell. Just like usual, I think you will be proven wrong on August 28th. Not saying Stringer is a lock to win this game, but you will be surprised by the offensive success I personally think they will have post-Campbell contrary to what people believe.
-
I don't know why you would think that, but if that's honestly the case then that means that Enterprise is even beneath that. Can they break Clarkdale's winning streak against them? If not, then at least Clarkdale is staying cool and ain't frying being in the cellar. This time of year, that's not a bad place to be.
-
Figured that but wasn’t 100% sure.
-
Clarkdale back to the cellar?
-
50 piece....
-
Stringer by 40.
-
I personally am just wondering how long it'll take Enterprise to get clocked and how quickly Stringer can hang the ol' 50 piece on them.
-
I don’t think you know what underestimating means. Enterprise has finished every year the last few years exactly where people thought they would. If anything, you are overestimating them again. And yall absolutely do not return 8 starters on both sides of the ball. You say this same thing every year.
