Our offense was garbage because their d line was faster off the ball than our o line. Right side o line been giving up pressure all year. Hattiesburg’s d line tore it apart. wests d backs are terrible. D line has good moments but mostly it’s sub par. Hattiesburg’s offensive game plan was great in the first half. Had west not forced the fumble and recovered, then had the pick later in first half, I have no doubt Hattiesburg drives and scores those 2 possessions. West starting rb had 5 or 6 carries for 0 yards in first half. He did not see the field but 1 play in 2nd half. He had less than 10 carries last week. He did not play in 3 games earlier in season due to ankle injury. I was just told his mom taking him to the hospital. Tootie passed concussion tests on sidelines but coaches decided not to bring him back in out of safety reasons.

Great win for y’all. It was kind of impressive. I know that’s a breath of fresh air for y’all as well. Enjoy it.

The unsportsmanlike i can agree on. But all those holding calls on both sides you gotta keep that flag in the pocket on some plays and let both teams get in a flow

Conventional wisdom says this should be a blow out but I actually look for State to play well and keep the game closer than expected. Texas 31-20. Florida-Georgia line. Georgia takes care of business 28-14. South Carolina, gonna keep riding with them over an Oklahoma team that is simply not very good. SC 34-17. Missouri 28, Arkansas 27. Game will be closer than expected. USM 42, ULM 28 LSU beats Open Date in a night game in Red Stick to mollify their whiny coach and fans. Minnesota with the upset of the day over Indiana 17-16.

Meridian going to be a sneaky team in 7A South Playoff

It wouldn’t be horrible, but you would need to swap mize and lake. The biggest issue would still be having a team that needs to be in region 7 and forcing them somewhere else. If Enterprise Lincoln were in region 8, every single region opponent is over an hour away, with Perry central being almost 2 hours away. Just seems to me the more reasonable thing to do would be the have one 6 team region and one 4 team region instead.

I watched meridian vs og in which a game meridian should’ve won. If im picking an underdog out of all classes to get to Starkville, its those wildcats

it was a wild crazy game between Amory and Itawamba, Amory got too cute for doing too much up 23-20 with 4 min left in the game, Amory should have won that game and lost 30-23

Meridian with a huge win 52-33 over Petal. Sets up the biggest game Ray Stadium has seen in quite a number of years, Thursday night against Brandon. Should be a great atmosphere in the grand ole lady!

So right now region 3 7A looks like this: 1. Brandon 2. OG 3. Meridian 4. Petal Meridian and Brandon meet next week. If Meridian can upset Brandon, that would shift OG into the top spot, move Meridian to #2 and push Brandon all the way down to #3. Call me crazy, but it could happen. Even if not, nobody is gonna want to see Meridian in playoffs!

Switch Mize and Lake because currently both 3A/2A Region 5's are along I-20 & Region 6 sits just south of I-20. I don't know why they put St Andrew's in 5-3A other than attempting to help them win.

The refs missed the most obvious call with hburg having 12 on the field but literally called everything else.... get these refs outta here.

these officials not blind and are calling everything. may be approaching 40 total penalties.

Are the 10 unsportsmanlike penalties “tight defense” too. I call that undisciplined.
