You could look at Tupelo players the last 2 years and they shouldn’t have lost a game. They had 3 times the athletes that Oxford had last year and narrowly managed to escape and even play in the title game. Watch their games online. They walk around everywhere and play with very little effort. If they were such great coaches why do they need everyone else’s players.

Nettleton is a “line district”. It falls within 2 counties. Hard to consolidate that one.

19 D1 recruits wasn’t enough for Hardin and company to win it last year and it will be the same this year also. In 7A it takes horses and scheme. One of those is lacking more than the other.

I will say that we’ve been on a run the last few years where a team that seemed like one of the best 1-2 teams for a while ended up winning it…. That would lend itself strongly to this being Georgia’s to lose. I think you’re going to get three Texas vs Georgia games before it’s all said and done. I don’t feel great about Bama or OU’s chances on that side.

CWS preview: Very seldom does a first time team succeed. WV & Troy will bow out early. Bama will play well but go out after WV & Troy. OK & UNC could be dark horses. OM, GA & TX are my favorites to make the finals. The winners of the GA/TX and UNC/OM games will be the favorites in each bracket. I am going to go with Georgia to win it all. Maybe so but ALL the ones that I am aware of with Tupelo from various other schools were decided after football season last year and they are making bonafide moves.
