  1. Past hour
  2. Oak Grove played Germantown… I don’t watch everyone but I do pay attention to most of the contenders. But to your point, it’s hard to take an opinion serious if you don’t actually know much about other teams outside of your own.
  3. Sounds like you have more sense than your contemporaries. I’ve seen some outrageous takes which leads me to believe some people have no clue who John Curtis is. Oak Grove played JC 4 years ago and lost 28-23 with a chance to win it in the final seconds. They are legitimate.
  4. You are a way bigger fan of high school football than I am to go on demand to watch other teams. I will go watch a game on a Thursday night in person or on a Friday if we have an open date. But to be sitting at home and say I think I will go back and watch the South Panola/Grenada game from last week. No thank you.
  5. Louisville and John Curtis has almost about the same number of D1 players on the field, i think Louisville has just a few more than them! The talent level is there on both sides but football imo always and have to come down to coaching! So wtbs the better coached team tonight will win also with who doesnt turn the ball over and least penalized team! I got Louisville winning late in the 4th lets goooo! Fun fact: Louisville has never lost an out of state game so hopefully that trend continues tonight
  6. Thats false we know alot about football outside of our zipcode! I been knowing about John Curtis football awhile now and when i saw that they had Louisville winning 35-0, that was insane! I know what John Curtis bring to the table but of course im going to root for my town and i think the rest of Mississippi should root for Louisville too whether u like em or not! Mississippi hardly gets any respect in football or just anything and tonight if the small town of Louisville can pull this off, this would not only be huge for Louisville but the State of Mississippi as well! Go Cats im pulling for you guys all the way from Texas
  7. Which would explain your take but most teams who stream have an on demand feature.
  8. Based on what i've read their entire secondary has D1 offers. They also have a QB, 2 WR's and a 2030 DL (Ole Miss/LSU) with multiple offers. All of this is according to On3/rivals.
  9. Kinda hard to do that when I am at a game on Friday Night.
  10. Today
  11. Respectfully….Im starting to think you guys need to watch more teams play. That is not happening.
  12. I’d be surprised at that honestly.
  13. Yeah all those Catholic schools in that area are about that size but all recruit from everywhere. Most are loaded with talent, a few years ago Wayne County played Arch Bishop Rummel on ESPN. Almost every player they had was D1 lol. Like you I’m pulling for Louisville and yes they expect to win no matter who they are playing it’s in their DNA.
  14. I was looking at k-12. 9-12 they 390-400
  15. You can prepare and still get hot clocked. Thats just how good I think Warren Central is. Just like a few years ago when Hburg played West Point in the title game. They were so ready to play and had a great week of practice and then ran into a team that was leaps and bound on another level.
  16. Vott, I can agree that Warren Central can beat Germantown, but to say they'll get hot clocked seems to be a stretch. That would reflect on a lack of preparation (getting caught with your pants down) and I don't think you'll get that out of Germantown. Win or lose, I believe Germantown will be prepared for this game.
  17. Warren Central will probably hot clock Germantown tonight. I believe they are the 2nd best team in the state behind Tupelo after two weeks.
  18. My guesses Ole Miss wins, doesn’t cover… that’s a LOT of points. State wins by 10. Auburn wins, highly doubt they cover.
  19. He knows Picayune inside and out too (he better). LOL. I remember watching him take snaps under center. Doesn't seem like it was all that long ago either, but I reckon it was.
  20. I want Louisville to win as well. But John Curtis does not have 1,000 kids in their high school. Maybe 1,000 k-12. Louisville has a much higher enrollment than JC, I can assure you of that. Now JC recruits like crazy so the numbers don’t mean anything.
  21. WJ subbing half the defense with 3 minutes left. SJ busts 70 yard screen pass to WJ 14. Next play td pass. SJ 16 WJ 26 2:20-ish left onside kick incoming. WJ recovered. 2 plays to get 1st down that will seal it for WJ.
  22. West closing it out. 5:00 4th West Jones 26 South Jones 9 60 yd drive
  23. Yall can say what you want to about who you think will win but I’m a Louisville Wildcat fan this Friday! Louisville fans know plenty of football outside of their zip code I can assure you that. Louisville expects their team to win and that’s why they are a perennial winner. It doesn’t matter if they’re in GTA or from NOLA, Louisville expects to win because that’s the standard. For these South MS folks that haven’t seen Louisville play this year I would encourage you to check them out online. They have PLAYERS! Especially on the defensive side of the ball and the QB #5 can go along with their stable of RBs. JC may win but I’m excited that one of these out of state teams will finally play one of the better teams in MS while they are on the up and up. John Curtis has almost 1,000 students and little Louisville has half of that. I hope they embarrass JC. Go Wildcats!
  24. After SJ getting the gift td WJ responds with 62 yard td drive. SJ 9 WJ 26 4:52 left
  25. End 3 SJ on WJ 45. South has almost triple time of possession and plays ran than WJ. West defense is huffing for air bad SJ 4th and 4 qb runs for 14. But penalty for illegal formation. 4th and 9 on WJ 44. They going for it. Caught for td but a west defender was grabbed by his collar and yanked down in the open field right beside the qb official did Not call it. west intercepts the 2. SJ 9 WJ 19 9:47
  26. WJ drives to 40 stalls then punts to 2 but penalty. Then 6 penalties in 7 snaps
