I’m told that he’s been the actual head of the program the past few years. Played on NEJ state championship back in the 90s. Very seldom do they hire outside coaches, just keep recycling. dont know milner but it just seems like the same old same at jones county and will be the same result. he was the OC for the last several years (from what i read previously on this post) He may do a great job but i would think that he would have did it before now. just my opinion Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Nevertheless, looks like Milner will be the guy. Thats what I was told on Carter. I was told the principal reached out to him when the job came open but he turned it down. People don’t realize how good East Jasper school district pays. Hard to turn down that money, plus he knows he will have a really good team for several more years.
