If that's the case, that would be a huge red flag to an experienced coach coming in. I was told by the father of someone who interviewed that it was the principals, consular, and three players. Either way that is a major red flag for anybody including young coaches with some sense. Before coach Hig was hired at Raleigh the entire team threatened to walk because an asst was put in charge until Hig was hired. I don't have a clue what is going on.
