Lanier's first season ever starting 7-0 since 1970. Coach Kelly is building something there.

This week is a real test of where they really are. Not much competition so far, but this Friday will tell where they really are... but a pretty solid product seems to be being fielded so far - tough to do, historically, there.

Ought to be a good game

Holmes County defense can't stop a nosebleed. Run the ball and you win if you get a few stops

Agreed in the last 2-3 minutes of the game Lanier broke runs of 99 and 40 yards pretty much right up the middle. Lanier’s defense looked pretty good in the second half after giving up 22 in the first half

Halftime adjustments must've been on point.  Good coaching at Lanier

Lanier could very well finish out the regular season undefeated.  Everyone that's left on their schedule is beatable.

They are a team IMO that people better not overlook in the playoffs. I had not watched them before last night they are very athletic and have good size. The first time in a while they have good coaching as well.
