ManCoverage
What are the qualifications to be on this list? There are a lot of guys who are coordinators who have won rings as assistants at multiple schools who just haven't stepped into the head coaching world or are we talking guys in there first 5 years that show potential... I would agree with this, but Coach Brady has got to be at least 40. But, that may be considered young by some people.

However 25, 2 state championship teams with their offensive output at an average of 30 plus points, 250 yards passing average, and 150 yards rushing average maybe very attractive. Rebel Bert
I know one who is a DC, successful but not sure where and what he is looking for. I will withhold his name for now.
coastalball
I'd say the OC for Gautier is pretty good. Louisville seems to always have great coordinators. I'd be interested in a topic like this but for position coaches. A lot of coaches who do a lot with a little.
Old Golfer
State Championships don’t mean good/great coaches. Sometimes the best coaches are those that get kids to play hard and with good technique but aren’t talented enough to win a ring. Because if you look at the state title games, all those teams had at least 1/2 great players some even more. Not all hs teams have that. To me the staff at Itawamba is an example of that. hasbeen67
Jordan at Winona could have been on the list having served as DC and OC I believe, but he has been hired as the HC.
BrickCity
I hate to admit this, but Germantown has put together an exceptional staff since the hiring of Coach Mitchell
HammerDown74
With all the open jobs in North MS, you would think the defensive coordinator at Tupelo would be getting calls. He did a great job this year. Brandon averaged over 40 PPG and in the state championship they held them to 16. I don't think anyone scored 30 on Tupelo this year. I would second that for sure on Collins at Gautier. He has done a good job the past few seasons. I would like to throw Tracy Lampley from Ocean Springs in there as well. pancho
you do have a point here scotty. Heidelberg was far and away the best coached team charleston faced and was so strong that charleston couldn't simply rely on being athletic. it happens, although rare. pancho
this. i know Carter from his tupelo fire ant days and as HC @ Shannon. He never could get the shannon players and community to buy in. He is an excellent football mind and a good guy.
