I would agree with this, but Coach Brady has got to be at least 40. But, that may be considered young by some people.

22-30 might be to young and inexperienced in some eyes. However 25, 2 state championship teams with their offensive output at an average of 30 plus points, 250 yards passing average, and 150 yards rushing average maybe very attractive.

State Championships don’t mean good/great coaches.   Sometimes the best coaches are those that get kids to play hard and with good technique but aren’t talented enough to win a ring.
Because if you look at the state title games, all those teams had at least 1/2 great players some even more.   Not all hs teams have that.
To me the staff at Itawamba is an example of that.

With all the open jobs in North MS, you would think the defensive coordinator at Tupelo would be getting calls. He did a great job this year. Brandon averaged over 40 PPG and in the state championship they held them to 16. I don't think anyone scored 30 on Tupelo this year.

I'd say the OC for Gautier is pretty good. Louisville seems to always have great coordinators.

I'd be interested in a topic like this but for position coaches. A lot of coaches who do a lot with a little.

I would second that for sure on Collins at Gautier. He has done a good job the past few seasons. I would like to throw Tracy Lampley from Ocean Springs in there as well.
