Kemper 8--10 last year was in 250s. Nanih Waiya was 140s.

Don't forget Region 7 in SW Mississippi. That will throw some schools north. I think Kemper may go 3A and Nanih Waiya back to 1A.

I believe Region 8 2A will be Perry Central, North Forest, Collins, Mize, Raleigh. I just believe they will attempt to keep Smith County together along with other 2A schools in specific counties. It might not happen but we will see. And they can throw Heidelberg and Bay Springs in Region 8 and Raleigh and Mize with the Rankin County 3. That will be good gate money.

I believe if all 3 win out, then points against NW Rankin to break the tie: Current: 1 WC +7 2 Oak Grove 0 they play last game. 3 Brandon 0 they play this week If Brandon wins by 8 or more then Oak Grove has to do 1 better up to 12. If 12 or more is the number then its: 1 OG, 2 B, 3 WC. The tie is broken at 12 putting WC as 3 seed then head to head goes to OG as 1 seed.

NW Rankin, Brandon, Oak Grove have beaten Meridian they are in playoffs, Warren Central plays Meridian last game. Meridian must win next week or Warren Central is in.

Who knows you can't please everyone. A 7A is coming off the coast to Region 3.

That may have alot to do with 10 non football schools in NE Ms for 1A not being able to have a number greater than say 3 non football with 4 football. Then sending some schools from the Delta towards Starkville vice versa. You may have a Puckett, Raleigh, Mize, or Collins heading Southwest towards Brookhaven in Region 7. Nothing will surprise me.

The guru has spoken and he says the 2A, 3A, 4A playoff scenarios a little harder to determine after tonight. I don't think that's the case in South 3A.

I read somewhere in the handbook there will not be any appeals. I know they have been in the past. I am sure if your borderline classes such as bottom 5 top 5 maybe you appeal. Otherwise no one should appeal unless your numbers were wrongly reported. As far as region goes well who knows.
