The real result that will come from this trial run of virtual learning. Within a few years you can look for it to go further and further that way. Less teachers needing to be paid. Less retirement needing to be funded. No need f.or buses, maintenance or drivers. No school lunches needed. No upkeep on buildings or new ones for that matter. It’s already being whispered in Washington. It’s what is driving a lot of the funding for widespread broadband to every corner of the country. If I was considering or had a child that was considering a career in education I would definitely steer them towards focusing on virtual learning or the upkeep and development of said systems.

I thing you can pencil in WC, West and Hattiesburg for the post season, Laurel may miss the playoffs. I love Earnest but he can't put a competent defense on the field at this level. He did his best work in 2A. Them along with the other teams will be a bay of pigs fighting for the fourth spot.

The man went and got us a good coach I believe but it's like one step forward with three steps back. I'm not going to get into all of them. This is the wrong play here shutting out a live feed. Any forward thinker would definitely work it to an advantage but the guy calling the shots at the school is scared of a passing crow flying over taking his job. Bubba Hathorne probably hasn’t even thought about visiting teams. I get trying to get more fans in the seats. Get our team out there for everyone to see.. He was the common denominator in all of it. If they win people will come. Everything is a big dam secret around our football operations now. They are going to have to have people interested not just the parents . I liked the Facebook live stream I can’t drive up there every week. WABO1 are we going to broadcast on Facebook for road games ?

WC is hosting a jamboree with Ocean Springs and Meridian on August 20 . I like it . We got to get the younguns ready quiclkly

All but two of our lineman on both sides were either Freshman or Soph in the spring game. This QB that moved in is a good one and we have some wide receivers that can play and work in space with the ball. Coach Hankins is preaching being physical and executing. We may start off slow but I think by the time region play comes around we will be ready to roll. Just like I said last season the team that can throw the football most effectively will come out of the South again.

He’s harped on the lines since he looked at our games from last season. L think he’s right. I also heard there are only two senior starters right now. We should get better as the season goes on.. I like that we are throwing and getting our guys in space. Poplarville is a well oiled machine. We are three weeks into taking snaps in a new system. I think we widget better.

Poplarville plays at Waynesboro this Friday. I don’t even know how spring practice is looking. I do know Coach wanted to play someone besides a wing t . They may have got someone else to come too I’m not sure. They used to put videos of them hitting and practicing on Facebook and other info at least once a week but all the coverage has kind of dried up.

The.difference in this guy’s method is night and day different than what we’ve had. Work,work,work,work then drills then more work. I know Mangum pushed them but Coach Hank is a grinder..

Everyone in our region can be considered a dark horse besides West Jones . They will be breaking in a new qb and our region is not kind to them so anything can happen. Don’t sleep on the new look war eagles either.

In honor of the real MST and the fact we have a new coach, I've been asked to revive the tradition of the weekly bus trip. Last I seen of the bus was around 12 years ago when I told youngwareagle to just park it down behind the feed mill in the industrial park as I really didn't want to see it anymore after that season. I went looking for it this weekend. Well I found it. I haven't seen youngwareagle to ask WTH when on but this is going to be one hell of project. The orange paint is gone . It's yellow now. Were they hauling kids in it ? The fridg and gas grill are gone and all the coper has been stripped out. There are sardine cans and empty peanut butter jars everywhere. There is also assorted clothing including underwear, chaps, a whip and a couple of dog collars. WABO1 i know ya'll got that skidder down there , if you could get them to winch it out to the blacktop I'll have it towed out to the farm where I can start cutting and welding after wareaglefan1 steam cleans the inside . I don't want to touch anything inside of there like it is. Probably have to get a clergy to bless it at some point just to be safe. It will be tough but I will haver her road ready by the season.

I have to go with 5A South. Oak Grove has pretty much a strangle hold on the south in 6A especially with all the new meat coaching in that region.
