Yeah not a bad drive at all about 90 minutes all four lane. You told me about that Chevron a few years back I don’t eat fish but my wife loves it and she loves theirs. I had to eat some yardbird from there and it was pretty good as well now it’s not Mississippi Fried lol

And I can assure they are not going back and giving up those Benjamins

We all use to play the last 4-5 regular season games fighting for a region championship or seeding. It would be WC, Picayune, Laurel, WJ and Hattiesburg those were the days lol

It wasn’t very long ago we were playing eight team regions and things were much better. Just think back to when WC was 4A and 5A. When you made the playoffs you were in for a dogfight because playoffs lasted longer. Now two rounds of playoff football that’s a joke.

I just don’t see this happening the MAIS or MHSAA will not lose money. So I can’t see the MAIS giving up their crazy playoff Powe point system with two champions in each class not to count their eight man teams.

Someone had a thread on here asking what the new Alabama split would mean for the MAIS schools. I said you could see some of the of the MAIS schools joining the new Alabama association. I was mainly referring to the schools in the southern part of the state that are traveling four and five hours especially during playoffs. Maybe this is the opportunity they are needing. I’m with s1nglewing the MAIS isn’t struggling

Way to much fun and many of the sites, not all sites some people followed the rules. They were just not policed as well as they should have been. Completely different administration maybe a different outcome. I can remember getting to the field very early I’m talking one, or two and the grills were kicking if I’m not mistaken I believe there was a Hog cooked underground overnight at least once lol. The problem wasn’t the cooking heck I can remember opposing teams eating and fans. The problem wasn’t some of the things in the coolers.

If he does help it is strictly behind the scenes. He seems to be all in as AD and I believe will be a great one.

I could see some of the south Mississippi teams moving to this. Heck depending on how many schools they have it could be less travel even to Florida

All the questions answered about Tailgating, reserved seating and reserved parking and much more. Tune into Big Kal Media on Facebook on July 30 th at 6:00cebook

I believe this group may surprise a few people

This is the group to keep your eyes on

Thank you my friend

I haven’t heard of anything but I haven’t been up there as much as I was since my wife’s been sick. I had heard they were wanting to try to bring the tailgating back but that’s hearsay that doesn’t go far in Wayne County lol.

I don’t think so I believe that’s just something different for social media and media in general. Lampley wore that WC on his helmet he knows it’s tradition and he’s working hard to bring back tradition. The turf was all done by the old administration and who knows what they had in mind doing. That interlocking WC is part of this community it would be a huge mistake. I remember a couple of years ago Coach Hankins had the guys in plain white helmets no decals. He told them that they had to earn them. Really a great old school approach but man the people around got upset lol.
