Hattiesburg, including their 2 losses hasn't had a game where the margin of victory hasn't been less than 13pts. That was a 31 18 win over Laurel. Even in that win Laurel scored a late TD to cut it to 13

I would not be surprised if a couple of them are at HHS tomorrow night. Normally officiating crews are not the same individuals every week. At Hattiesburg we had the same white hat official twice this season. But he had an entirely different crew the 2nd time he was there. And when I went to a couple Friday games when HHS played on Thursdays I recognized black hat officials who had been to HHS but other crew members had not been to HHS.

I would not play in this at all. If a player goes down with injury, school insurance will not cover this whatsoever. This medical bill would come out of the pocket of the parents of the player.

It is definitely not something that the MHSAA/MAIS is associated with. The ones that are putting this on are having to have a "draft" and its taking place somewhere in Hattiesburg. This has EPIC FAILURE written all over it. And if you have to sign up to play, are you really an all star?

No reason to feel bad for Vandy. In fact their fans probably feel like they are playing with house money. After so many years of being the runt of the SEC, I would take a 9-3 record and a Jan1 bowl game in Florida every year. I dont have to make the playoff.
