I’m having to watch a vibrating FB live feed but from what I can see, Heidelberg’s defense looks swarming.

4th & 25 for Ole Miss is the equivalent of the Immaculate Deflection in 1983. Artie Cosby’s FG kick was splitting the uprights (I was in the opposite end zone in the State student section) and we were cheering like crazy until the Ole Miss started going nuts on the E side of Memorial Stadium in Jackson. And then we were dumbfounded. Stunned. Devastated. Totally astounded. And I still to this day don’t believe what my eyes saw on that November day 41 years ago. And instead of a 26-24 State win, it remained a 24-23 Ole Miss win.
