They can practice but only 2 hours. Any players experiencing symptoms shouldn't be allowed to get on bus to Forest Thursday night nor should they be allowed in school. That's my opinion only. They shouldn't be spreading it to another school. Of I was Forest or any other school I would be checking Temps at the gate. No one from each school allowed on the other side except ream shaking hands after the game. Even that nay be risky at best. If Forest should win then could spread to their next opponent and so on. Maybe parents only should be allowed in the stadium. But that's the coaches and admin decision. They may need a week out of school.

Easy now let’s not go Covid crazy every time flu season comes around.

I would typically agree, but what happens if a team shows up with loads of flu, you beat them but lose the next week because your team is riddled with flu. There should be some amount culpability. There are rules in place. They go to school Thursday the rules are not on the table. Symptoms are on the table. You got stay home. Get to the Dr plain and simple. And yes spray down the schools and busses as precautionary. And I do mean every school if necessary.

The main reason for going virtual was they had a lot of teachers out with the flu/stomach bug.

s1nglewing
Referencing flu and forfeits, Sharkey Issaquena has forfeited tomorrow's play-off game to Riverdale due to flu.
coastfootballfanman
The better question is: Under what scenarios should we give a rip? LOL

pancho
but this is flu. there has always been flu this time of year and had it not been for the covid deal in 2020, there wouldn't be near the fluff about it this currently.

Midseason it was because y’all beat Quitman which as the season has progressed no longer looks like a quality win since they’re battling for a #4 seed in their region. Then it was because y’all beat Morton who had beaten Pearl which also doesn’t look like that great of a win anymore. You cherry picked one Raleigh game against Seminary which they still won 41-0 yet you say people need to stop mentioning the Mize game. People might actually think it was an anomaly if Enterprise didn’t have two other games where they struggled and lost. From what I saw in the Union and Clarkdale games is that Enterprise is a different team on the road where they’re 2-2(0-2 against teams with a winning record) average 3 more turnovers a game and score 16 less points a game on the road. Sounds like you better hope you don’t have to go on the road in playoffs. At the time, the Quitman win was a quality win, hope tells me they weren’t the same team after they played Enterprise but that’s up in the air. The Morton win is actually very impressive, however Morton might be the most inconsistent team in Mississippi. The enterprise team this year is just a big question mark compared to the past 2 Enterprise teams that has come into the playoffs proven they are a threat
