The problem is that Riverside, unlike a lot of areas across the state, has no developmental or youth (pee wee) programs to get players ready from, and the high school guys don't have an activity period to develop the players and train them with weights, etc.. A case brought against Kemper County head football coach and athletic director, Charles “Ray” Westerfield for sexual battery involving a student was no-true billed by a Kemper County grand jury last week.
