He's been there a while. He's the short DB coach if you've been to any games. Well in this guy’s defense he’s got head coaching experience, just not in football. Being able to manage a coaching staff, along with a 7A sized football roster might be his biggest hurdle if he’s got the X’s and O’s figured out . Facilities are bottom of the barrel compared to most places. Pay is not that great and admin and program culture are not very good either. Tough place to work despite the talent that is there I remember when Harrison Central was the largest school in the State of Mississippi by a country mile. They beat us back around 2003 at their place when we probably had no business losing to them. They’ve just got those walls out there that keep them from being a consistently good program.
