Dubaction
Unless Picayune is back in juggernaut mode I’ve got Poplarville winning. Personally.
Deonte3455
Poplarville, I think this is the battle of unknown.
HammerDown74
I see Poplarville competing with Newton County and Mendenhall to win the South in 4A.
maroontide06
I think Poplarville will be just fine this season. Jay Beech has an extremely talented football team and he will have them right back deep into the playoffs. I think he will beat Picayune on Friday night, but I don’t know by how much. I would love for Picayune to win Friday night, but Poplarville seems to be more of a veteran team. I think folks will get a chance to see just how special Khalid Moore really is. RUNNINGMAN67
I predict a multiple touchdown victory by Picayune. I think the Picayune ground and pound will be too much for 4A Poplarville. Coach Stogner will be in the GOAT conversation by the time his career is over. He's a heck of a competitor. I still remember him hitting a walk-off homerun against future major leaguer and serial burglar Peter Van Pope to win the South State baseball championship for Picayune in 2002 against Terry. I just hope that he's ready for my Bearcats come October 29th.
PMT95
I have some questions about Poplarville's offense after last week. Maybe both teams are just that good on defense. Edited August 26, 2021 by PMT95
positiveyard33
I saw the game. Both defenses played lights out. Not to mention, they run the same offense so the defenses see the offense every day. Takes one of the advantages of the wing t away
