Should be a classic of a game CAN'T WAIT GO BIG GREEN.

I guess y’all get the distinction of playing both the Golden “Blue Field” Wave and Maroon Tide in the last decade.  Maybe I’m missing something, but why does the Golden Wave have a blue field?  If there was someone who knew absolutely nothing about Tupelo and someone told them their mascot was the Golden Wave, I don’t think the color blue would pop into their head as a color for them.  If blue truly is an accent color for them, why does it feel like their primary color?

If you think that is strange, Eastern Washington Eagles play on a red turf field

This one reminds me of the Texas/USC Rose Bowl National Championship where all the talk leading up to it was is that USC team the greatest college team of all time and Texas put a stop to it. All offseason and even til last night the talk was is this Tupelo team the best MS high school team of all time. Appears West Point put a stop to it.

I had West Point winning this game. On paper, it’s hard to say Tupelo isn’t the best team in the state but after watching them they’re relying on their defense to stifle things. I think they’d be a totally different team if they had their qb.

If I was Tupelo's coach I'd move Hill back to RB and let the second string QB play until Williams can start; the best RB in the state is playing out of position; it was going to cost Tupelo at some point. That's what you have a backup QB for if the # 1 cant play; neither Hill or Williams are going to be at Tupelo next year why not let the backup get some reps and your offense would be more effective.
