We’ve lost guys and always searching for folks. Having an off week at the end of the regular season is different than playing a cupcake; playing a strong team makes you better; you are certainly in more need of a break after 11 weeks of football than three weeks. I’d def hold him out til district at least. This is one of those injuries where the coaches have to have his best interest in mind which I know your coaching group will. You don’t come back from rhamdolyosis any sooner than 5-6 weeks most of the time. I feel for the kid, I really do because he’s a heck of an athlete. You hate to see that for anybody. There is a possibility that he can return this season at some point, but there’s also a possibility that he doesn’t. He just needs to focus on getting healthy. I know we get on here going back and forth with each other but this is one of those situations where you def root for the other.
