choctawman
The Sept. 5th game between ERA and Pelahatchie game on the schedule was made by the former coach at ERA. The ERA administration called and said they would not play. There reasoning was it would not be in their best interest to start a rivalry with the Chiefs. They still have Richland and Puckett on schedule. You can walk from one campus to the other.
TheAnswer
Dyess is doing his best to avoid his first losing season ever it looks like.

Pelahatchie could very well be a win for ERA.

Dress is the kind of coach that will have ERA ready for teams like Pelahatchie, Puckett, and Richland. Those 3 are as close futility as one can be in public schools. And playing at ERA they have a chance.
TheAnswer
Oh you’ve got to be kidding me… Clearly you know nothing about ERA… I’m surprised Teddy has made it this long.

Problem with ERA is Brandon and Morton kids that coaches won't let play in those schools mixed with a few Pisgah and Eastern side of Rankin County kids. They no size so they compete with the Preps and such. They might have a chance in 1A in MHSAA of winning 3 games. They have never really had a qb to my knowledge. Outside the Rhodes family they have the talent to compete in MAIS.

Teddy is looking for that 5th year in MAIS and double retirement.
