Thomas was the guiding force for referees in Mississippi Jr. College for years, and his leadership in training officials, assigning them to games, and monitoring disputes and appeals was excellent. From what I saw on PRC's Touchdown Club fb page, it appears to be a Blue vs. Black scrimmage, so there must not be an actual "opponent" per se. If that's the case, I wonder why they won't be having it at Hendrix Stadium on campus?
