Well that was a stretch of horrible officiating.

The way it’s looking, the next wave of transfer portal guys better be all OL guys.

Just looked at everybody’s and as I throw up writing it I’m predicting… Texas vs Missouri SECCG Idk how tiebreakers work but I have Texas undefeated in conference and Missouri losing to Bama, Ole Miss losing to Georgia, Georgia losing to Bama and Bama being upset @ Oklahoma. Without the upset Texas vs Bama

Just looked. Georgia has to go to Texas, Bama and Georgia. I’d say dang I feel for Georgia but I despise Georgia.

Lol I gotta look at Georgia and Bama’s schedule real quick but I have been seeing that prediction from folks since no divisions anymore. Also gotta look at Texas’ which is weird to say and I hate to.

There’s no reason with their schedule next year that they don’t finish worse than 11-1. They quite possibly have the easiest SEC schedule of everybody. @Alabama is they’re only roadblock from an undefeated season. I’ve given my thoughts on OM next year and 10-2 for Missouri would be a disappointment as well with that schedule. They should be 11-1 playing in SECCG.

I def think they’re a playoff contender for years to come especially the way they have things setup. I just think powerhouse is a tad bit of an overstatement for right now. SEC has 2 powerhouses and they’ve earned that honor. I don’t consider Penn State a Big 10 powerhouse and that’s basically where I put Missouri at now in the SEC. They’re that tier 2 team on the verge of taking that next step. Gotta actually win the conference first before that powerhouse label.

SEC powerhouse is quite a stretch after just one year. They do have a bright future though since they’re the only state right now that allows in state high school players to receive NIL money while in high school if they commit to Missouri.

Fun fact that I shared on FB: Last year my wife and I were trying to decide on a cool name for our son that started with “S” during the OSU/Georgia game. Within minutes OSU’s Steele Chambers got a sack. We went with Steele. I still hate OSU but I root for Steele Chambers.

Luckily I have a double shot of bourbon by my side for this one.

There’s no way I’m giving you a chance to audition for another team. I’m gonna see what I have at that position.

I’m not Kiffin though. I’d say hey make sure your teammates for one last game have water when needed.

A question I have. If you’re a head coach and you’ve got guys entering the transfer portal, do you let them play in the bowl game for you?

If I had a dollar for everytime the announcers mentioned the winning team gets to eat the pop tart mascot.

It’s weird that the state of Alabama has as many bowl games as they do.

That A&M game was the easiest $500 I’ve ever won with all the guys they were missing.

Then I forgot Memphis is playing in the Liberty Bowl.

I’ve been the same way. Even last night during Arizona/OU which I thought would get me back excited for some good football. I’m hoping the Mizzou/OSU game tonight gets my motor back running. Butterflies are starting to kick in though for our game tmw. One thing I found odd about this bowl season was South Alabama playing a home game for their bowl game. Then a UFC fight broke out.

That’s the beauty and the beast of the SECC now with the playoffs. Yes if you’re in it you’re pretty much guaranteed a playoff berth but how much does that get you. Same with the new Big 10. Can a 3 seed from those conferences get into the playoff without having to deal with the extra game is the question.

I’m still not all in on the basketball team this year but I am for the football team next year.

WAOM but 10 wins is a bust IMO. Wanna take that next step? Beat LSU in Death Valley. Wanna quit doing the WAOM thing? Don’t lose away trap games like @ USC and Florida. Wanna really change things? Go into the Georgia game undefeated that’ll get you College GameDay at The Grove that can change things for years to come. With this team I expect to be 11-1 going into the playoff reveal. Barring OL injury I’d love to know the reason why shouldn’t be.

Lol I’m just being real. If Ole Miss was ever gonna make a huge splash, next year is the best chance they’ve ever had. Everything is lined up for it.
