I walked out of Walmart today at the same time as the Ole Miss basketball players and one thing I noticed as they got in their vehicles, one thing they’re not lacking on is money. I also noticed it’s embarrassing to stand beside talking to 7’2 John Bol.

Well that changed over night. Now it appears he’s going with Mullen as UNLV’s DC.

Sounds like a bunch of counteroffering today between them and Bama. I expect him to stay with Bama.

Bag dropped. De'Zhaun Stribling has committed to Ole Miss. Huge get and I’m starting to feel better at WR. You know you got a good one when the fans of the team their guy left compliments him instead of talking trash about him.

99.9% of Arkansas fans currently hate Braxton and Kutas saying they sat out this year to get a redshirt year and transfer. They really hate Kutas because he once said Ole Miss was his biggest rival with him growing up hating them. Apparently the Grove Collective changed that feeling which Tyson/Walmart wouldn’t match.

Only guy that we’ve got from them that played a meaningful amount of games this year was Luke Hasz. He put up 77 and a TD against us so I liked what I saw. Had 2 TD’s against State. He’s one of the best returning TE’s in the SEC next year by scouts. Braxton is a former Freshman ALL SEC DB but only played against OK St. He’ll still have three years of eligibility. Kutas was suppose to be their best run blocker going into the season but didn’t play until the last few weeks because of injury. He played just the amount of games to keep his redshirt with Arkansas thinking they were going to keep him.

We have been picking Arkansas guys off left and right so I wouldn’t be surprised if got Malachi Singleton. We def need a backup for next year.

It has been rumored that Nebraska’s Dylan Raiola has looked at his options in the portal and asking for $12.5M. That kid really does think he’s Patrick Mahomes.

Looks like A&M is going to land Mario Craver.

For the bowl? Austin Simmons. Next year? No one knows. I’d love to get Air Noland.

JJ Pegues announces he’s playing in the bowl and that makes everyone except Poo Paul on board for the bowl game.

Ole Miss grabbed former Missouri RB Kewan Lacey yesterday. Will have three years of eligibility left. If name sounds familiar he flipped from Ole Miss to Missouri on last year’s signing day. It was strange at the time because Missouri wasn’t in his top five.

Disregard. David Johnson put his kiss of death on it and he returned to Bama within couple hours of entering the portal.

Does any all star game have meaning? What did it mean in 1988?

This game is better than it was in 1988. Unless I’m reading that wrong, what would the change of the landscape in college have to do this game? This game is consistently loaded with future D1 guys. Look at the former MVP’s and then look at the NFL. Even with injuries involved with this game, it was still loaded. MS/Al is one of the most loaded state/state competitions there is. You do have folks say we shouldn’t face AL because of population but it’s the best competitive game. Oh let’s play Arkansas like most say smh.

Oh most know him. Didn’t he fumble about 4 times against Florida and have a horrible game against UNC? He has a good reel that consist of mostly Charleston Southern. He’s a Shapen backup. Y’all just have to get through this year because KT is a very solid future. A VERY SOLID future.

Let’s not forget Pegues was an Auburn TE. You can go back and see Ivey, Nolen, Umanmielien, Amos, and Dottery old fans laughed that we took them because of their lack of stats. Also Perkins is homegrown by Golding.

The most Ole Miss thing happened to us this year. When Golding came, I’m sure like you heard, he was a bum. That dude has us as one of the top defenses and a place for a defensive player to come. Now we can’t seem to strike out in the portal when it comes to defensive guys. Surprisingly it was our offense that let us down this year and that was the last thing I worried about coming into the season. A lot of mirror finger pointing needs to happen this offseason on that side of coaching.
