I won’t name drop just because it’s not official, but the guy that’s at the front of the list has been mentioned already in this topic, and has had a lot of small school success. That should pretty much narrow it down for yall.

So the person they look to hire is kind of a big name hire. I’m a little surprised he wanted to go there. He is a good coach though.

So what happens to kids that are currently already in private school and have been their entire lives? What’s to stop them from getting money too? Surely they have to pay for every single child now right?

I don’t think the public to private ends up going through the final bill. But if it does, I agree I see it benefiting some private schools while hurting some others. There will be a lot of people that actually leave private schools because they will now be able to attend other public schools that are a lot cheaper.

Mize is about to get a lot of students from Taylorsville, Magee, and Mount Olive. The poor performing schools are only going to get even worse now, and eventually just be closed down. That’s probably what they are hoping happens anyway.
