When Rankin County and Pearl City agreed to a judges decision a few years back as to how many kids they lost in West Crossgates behind Walmart and west of Home Depot. I am also thinking things were handled wrong when one of the players collapsed during practice and passed away later. Then both coach and principal left town.

Most likely they have Bay Springs address and could live darn near school zone lines of any of 2 schools. That's living rural. I do wonder if any were still in school, current or former athletes at Bay Springs. Planned or not.

None of us control what decisions school boards, superintendents, principals will make in the future for specific events. If they don't want my 8 bucks then so be it.

I was attempting to come with something that could happen down road. Hopefully nothing but we never know. I would pay close attention to those district meetings next summer as to what craziness passes to the council.

I am guessing that Heidelberg presented to the district director and MHSAA a safety plan of action. As to Kemper fans, and their athletes getting tickets will be a question to be asked. If so this is setting what could come down the pipe in the future if covid strikes again etc.

6 Classifications or 7 classes with 6 minimum schools per region in Football. Hard to do that in NE Mississippi where you 10 or 12 non football schools in 1A.

Pulpwood haulers vs Nintendo players. Their soft. Plus I wonder how many coaches left and went to Mobile. He had pulpwood haulers plus an easier schedule at South Panola. Now things are different up north. He's finding out just how different the south 7A is from north 7A was back then. I don't think the O Line is as big as it was and the receivers are not there from what I have seen on TV. So maybe It’s part talent part coaching.

The root of the problem is the lack of home raising, teaching the dangers of a gun, etc. Teaching that its ok to behave as a gangster, etc, etc. Failure of the school to stop the suspect at the gate like they did us last year at South State. Your not going to stop a person from bringing their gun, alcohol, weed, etc to the game. Somethings are better left at home or in the truck in the parking lot. The bottom line is what triggered this. We're the victims targeted, etc, etc. MHSAA will not touch it until it affects a player, etc. You have been warned. My guess is according to the rules those arrested and convicted can be banned from school campuses that is once they have served their sentence. If the district passes a new rule and then its adopted in Clinton chances are your not going to tailgate going forward. You can bring in counseling if needed.

No rules on the term tailgating in the Handbook other than safety, security, and behavior of the spectator.
