He gonna have problems if he thinks he wants jump folks in Taylorsville, he'll wish he was back in those stands at Wayne County!

Taylorsville had their chances, inside the 5 yard line 4 time's fumble and interception penalties and other time's just couldn't get it done!

Raliegh played bay springs the first game of the year! Bay springs had problems at qb, center and on defense! They changed QBs and got their act together and didn't lose until Heidelberg, if Raliegh and bay springs had met again I'd say it would have been a six point game either way! Heidelberg outplayed bay springs and this south state is anyone's game! ..Heidelberg by 3!!

This is going to be a tough game for both teams, Heidelberg is peaking at the right time, Raleigh is tough on both sides of the ball! They both are going to have to play as error-free football as they can! This is a tough pick,but I think Heidelberg gets the upset by 6 or less!

I agree with this,vardam and biggersville will be a good game! Taylorsville and velma Jackson will be a much better game than people think,vj has played some larger classification schools and beat them ,but those schools aren't very good and aren't typically, every team Taylorsville has played is in the playoffs, 2 are in the third round, two are playing this weekend for state championships and three went out in the second round! Taylorsville went 2 and four in none district play ( all bigger schools and could have possibly had a better record if not for injuries) but were in every game! They're finally healthy again and have allowed only 8 points in 1A play! I look for a great game against Simmons and believe they will pull out the win by a couple of tds! Just my thinking for what it's worth! It's a shame, but one of two good teams will have to hang up those pads tomorrow night and get ready for the basketball court!

Maybe they should schedule teams like Taylorsville does as none district games, 4 of the teams Taylorsville played are still in the playoffs going into the third round,of those 4. Raliegh, tca,Simpson academy, west Lauderdale..2 are playing for state championships tca and Simpson academy, mize,Magee and bay springs all lost in the second round ,Taylorsville always schedules bigger tougher teams for their none district play and for the first time since the third game of the season, they're back healthy! Out of their district play and playoffs they've allowed 8 points in 5 games! I don't know how the Simmons game will turn out ,but it's not gonna be a cake walk for either team! I believe Taylorsvilles brutal none district play will come into play in this game and they will pull it out like they did in Hamilton last year...it's just gonna be a wait and see I guess!!

Shame calpreps predictions don't play on the field! I'm looking for a Raleigh win but when you play at Scott central...predictions go out the windows, it's tough to beat sc at home! The game between Taylorsville and Simmons the same thing...but Taylorsville is healthy for the first time since the 3rd game of the season and if you look at their early season schedule, it was very tough! 4 of those teams they played are still in the playoffs ,west Lauderdale, tri County, raliegh,and Simpson academy, two ..mize and Magee were put out in the 2nd round! I look for a very tough game against Simmons and would not be surprised if Taylorsville ends Simmons season ! Taylorsville has allowed 8 points in the last 5 games! With 4 shut outs! Either way it should be a great game!!

They may only 40 boys in high school, evidently they're all on the football team,they've scored 314 points in 7 games with the average of 52+ points per game and were 6-0 coming into this game!

Don't know who all is out,just heard side line reporter say before the game hopefully they could get some players back next week that several were out this game! I listened to the game on my phone!

Taylorsville has several of their starters out ,hopefully they can get a few back next week,but it's going to be tough next two games!

Taylorsville player is ok,took a helmet to neck and chest,he's at home!

He got hurt because of no blocking,he was running for his life the two years he was there in fact all QBs southern had got hurt becauseof the offensiveline...that's why they went to the super back,I think Syracuse is still in the works, not sure!

I'm not a mize fan,but don't count your chickens before your eggs hatch! I can promise you mize ain't no pushover!

Nahh,they didn't sandbag,they're just like any other team that has a couple of good years then graduation drags them back to reality! They'll get better and may peak at the right time around playoffs, but they got a whole Lotta work to do in the next month, if not the playoffs will be short for them!

Don't think so,bay springs is like most schools that have a couple of great years,then graduation hits hard and they come back down to earth! Happens to all teams sooner or later! They'll clean up later and make a decent run!

If Bay springs doesn't get their defense working, they're in for a tough year,their offense isn't much better right now!

Taylorsville-Raleigh, Taylorsville-Bassfield,Taylorsville-north forrest,Taylorsville-Collins, Taylorsville-Bay Springs ,Taylorsville-Stringer, Taylorsville West Jones,Taylorsville Lumberton!

What parents see is money, money, money! There's not too many parents going to tell someone involved with sports, football and baseball in particular to stay away from their kids when it involves money for playing!

Taylorsville always loads their early non district schedule with bigger and better teams! Gets them ready for the playoffs! I don't think they win out in early season but they will win more than they lose! Guess we'll see!

If jimmerson would have scheduled better teams, enterprise might of gone winless this year!

Taylorsville is going to be Taylorsville, they won't go 0-7 their best receiver may be down, but they still have several receiver's that are good too,plus they in the 6'1 to 6'3 range and still have great backs including craft who put up almost 1500 all purpose yards!

True he is a D1 player committed to southern miss I believe and yes it does hurt when one of your best player's is out for maybe the whole season, but again he's not the not the only good receiver they have! They have several and they just gonna have to step up their game!
