Well since the vast majority of MAIS schools would fall in to MHSAA's 1A & 2A that kinda goes without saying. MRA, Prep, and JA which would likely be 3A or maybe 4A in MHSAA have competed quite well and won more than they've lost versus public schools in Mississippi. The real bump and giggle teams are in Jackson Public Schools. Consistently pathetic.

MAIS schools have won far more games than MHSAA schools in every sport in interleague play, not just football. And no, they don't cherry-pick opponents any more than MHSAA schools do.

Graham is going to be the Junior High coach at Starkville Academy.

2016 - 11-3 2017 - 4-8 2018 - 5-7 2019 - 8-4 2020 - 9-2 It would appear his coaching record reflects team talent.

Madison SJ is likely to be fourth in 2-5A, behind Leake, Simpson, and Lamar, and a very unlikely fourth in the state. No Heritage in the top 5 in 5A? St Joe you think'll be better? I don't know, man... kind of stretches the imagination.

I seriously doubt Bubba is going to give up basketball.

Previous Heritage DC Russ Whiteside has been hired as Head Football Coach by Magnolia Heights.

There are a few fair-weather "fans" who disappear or turn against their team when they don't meet expectations, but I think Hattiesburg & Wayne Co. have the most consistent positive posters regardless of how their team is doing.
-
Enterprise has not repeated nor won a SC since... when? Speak to us football authority. How many actual linemen does EHS have coming back? 6?
-
If you are referring to Hattiesburg, they have every much a chance at 4-0 as 0-4 in September.
-
Barely beat Natchez by four last year. Just sayin'. lol

Nothing here yet: https://desoto.munisselfservice.com/employmentopportunities/default.aspx Is there something published that Wolfe has resigned or whatever?

Leland is open. Actually, ALL of Leland's head coach positions are open.

Natchez HC position is posted on MHSAA

So, using this logic, Forrest AHS should be ranked as well
-
I think N. Forrest is a pretty big stretch. They have a 17 game losing streak. Now Lowery's a good coach, but the kind of miracle you're expecting seems a bit far-fetched. I mean, Dillon had some good teams at E. Marion and he didn't suddenly forget how to coach when he moved to Eatonville.

Do you know want a "poll" is? Here - I'll help: Definition of poll (as used in the above quote) - a questioning or canvassing of persons selected at random or by quota to obtain information or opinions to be analyzed. What you paste to the board is a highly biased "ranking" - here's the definition for "ranking": - position, order, or standing within a group.

The strategic reserve will likely be tapped soon.

As far as I know French Camp elementary won't be participating in MHSAA athletics. And Piney Woods is not the only boarding school in the state. If they find that having to play in 2A or 3A is not in their student body's best interests there isn't any reason for them to not choose a different path.

Why not Piney Woods and French Camp?
-
St Andrews, Resurrection, TCPS, St Patrick, Piney Woods (non-football), French Camp, and Sacred Heart would all be affected by a multiplier. OLA and SSC, I assume, would have their enrollments doubled as is already done and then an additional multiplier assessed.
-
OLA's and SSC's enrollment #s are doubled because they are not coed, not because they board.
-
Yet both are somehow "ranked".
