  1. Today
  2. Collins new coach i believe was hired after spring practice was over for most. So that can be playing a roll in the offensive scheme right now.
  3. Think 63-20. Impressive
  4. What is Poplarville’s in that span also? They have a consistent program
  5. That's nearly identical to Picayune's record since 2020. Picayune is 68-13 since 2020.
  6. https://oakgrovewarriors.live/watch-live/ Starkville vs Oak Grove
  7. When's he supposed to get a drink of water? Maybe he can sneak some in between possession changes, quarter changes, and timeouts LOL.
  8. Sidebar Vance should never take #6 McCoy off the field.
  9. Agreed. We made a lot of mistakes last night and there is a lot to clean up with penalties and special teams. But improving that coming off a big win feels much better than a loss. Need to take care of business against Neshoba Central first and then get ready for Starkville. Starkville-OG will be a good match up to see where each stands.
  10. There’s not a whole lot more to be added about the game last night. What I will say is they done a damn good job of protecting their quarterback. What I mean by that they didn’t put the game on his shoulders. Everything they asked him to do you could tell he had done it repetitively in practice. The only other thing is Vance‘s favorite cartoon coming up must have been the Thundercats because he shines when leading some type of felines. I didn’t mean for that to rhyme. It just came out that way.
  11. 69-13 since 2020. That's already more wins than any other decade in Raleigh history and that's only 6 years into the 2020s.
  12. A lot of truth in that!
  13. Laurel has a bunch of old bricks. Does that count? LOL
  14. Gotta have the bricks to build anything..Raleigh usually has some solid ones.
  15. Higdon has built a heck of a program!
  16. I think Meridian will really know what they have when they play Starkville. OS looks pretty down at the moment . I will say even when they were rolling Boyles took Meridian to Ocean Springs and won a first round playoff game just a few seasons ago. Good win nonetheless
  17. I think it will be really close. Raleigh is REALLY talented. and would compete in most classifications/divisions this year
  18. Talent level definitely took a dip this year. This is probably the smallest class in a long, long time with only 7 seniors total. The junior and sophomore class have been really good through Middle School and 9th grade. Many expected us to be down and struggle some this year, but we have not looked this bad in 7-8 years.
  19. Will D'Iberville even beat Raleigh tonight?
  20. Meridian had way more athletes on the field than Oceans Springs. As what should be the case anyway. OS looked more like the OS I’m familiar with back in the day. Gulfport must be sucking all the remaining talent from over there.
  21. You are correct. D'Iberville is the only region opponent to give Gpt a challenge. Biloxi has a ton of "new" faces but I still think they are 3rd at best in the division.
  22. d'Iberville is most likely the team to be able to challenge Gulfport. Most knew OS would be "down" but not as down as they looked last night. d'Iberville has probably the best player in the region at Quarterback and some good players. I expected them to challenge OS for the 2 seed. However after last night, i expect it to be d'Iberville. I expect OS to still be a playoff team, but will be traveling in the 1st round.
  23. What is the rest of that division going to look like? Everything I have seen has said that region is between OS and Gulfport.
  24. Well done by Meridian. I'm 0-1 out the gate on paicks. Heard that OS would be bad this year but did not expect they'd be terrible. Wow .
  25. Listening to the broadcast it sounded like OS was breaking in a lot of new young kids. Not sure how true that is but Meridian looks lightyears ahead of where they have been the past few years.
