Raleigh is playing Mize as well, so EC would be their 2nd game. Mize is playing Raleigh and Tville for their 2 games. Is Enteprise playing Scott Central or Taylorsville for their 2nd game? The schedule just shows Raleigh; I guess we will play Scott central in the 2nd game; Coach Jimmerson knows we will have to go through Raleigh to get to State so it will be interesting how we stack up to Raleigh and how our defense does against Perkins and Walker. They run the same offense we do. We match up better to Raleigh and they wont have the speed and athleticism JDC had. Hardly something to crow about. On the other hand good teams are supposed to beat less-than-good teams, and Enterprise did do that; they just didn't win against the good teams they played. We will do a lot better than some might think. In regard to the “nobody in 3A was gonna beat” comment, let’s look back at some of your thoughts that week. “JDC has had a nice run but it ends Friday. EHS 24 JDC 21.” ”JDC may have more speed and athletes but Enterprise still going to win.” “JDC is not Taylorsville not as good” “JDC will be playing Basketball next week; Enterprise will be playing Football” Those comments aged well.
