I think it is total BS.  When I played pee wee many, many years ago, we kicked, punted, no coaches on the field, regular football.  Now, many JH games have no kicking, coaches on the field, etc.  Laziness on the part of coaches.

It sounds like you need to put in for some of the coaching openings.

Don't get me started on the joke that is youth football in many counties.   It would be a full dissertation.

Also do you even know how most JH system work or how a lot of smaller schools have coaches running double duty. There are some lazy coaches out there but if you are coaching 7th, 8th, JV, as well as varsity I promise you lazy isn't the word you are looking for. Those guys are never at home during the season, plus they probably coach a spring sport as well.

And it has filtered up to the JH levels, many JHs don't kick or punt, coaches on the field, absolutely a joke

Most coaches who get on the field are there to teach the kid what they are doing wrong.  They are learning the high school system.  A lot of places will also film the games and watch it with the kids.

He knows everything he has no clue what coaches do everyday.  He just shows up and pays his 10 dollars to watch the game.

I don't want to coach football at a small school, however, at my job, if I take shortcuts, I will likely be called out on it.  Special teams are part of football and many coaches take the easy way out by not doing it.  Just like coaches on the field, we didn't have coaches on the field my first year of pee wee in the third grade

There is not a school that would hire you anyway.

that is BS, they get on the field because they are too lazy to teach kids how to get the plays in

Your job is to get them ready for high school ball.  When the LT blocks the wrong guy for the 3rd time in a row you fix it.  They are kids they will make mistakes.  It has nothing to do with getting the play in and everything to do with coaching the kids.  You aren't scouting the other team so when you get a bear, odd, even, over, under, 4s, 2s, 5s, 3s or 1s you have to talk to those kids about those situations during the game.  A lot of high schools are getting film on the sideline so they can fix those issues.  You don't get that film on the sidelines of Junior high games. You have to talk to your QB about reads.  It is called Coaching.  Anyone can run a play in.

You don't know my qualification, you don't know what I would or would not bring to the table, you didn't like my opinion, so you made it personal.  I don't know you, but that is what simple minded people tend to do, no saying you are simple minded, however,

Well I do know your not an English teacher.
