maroontide06
I’m sure the news has gotten out by now, but y’all keep the family of Josh Littles in your prayers. He was a great running back for Picayune and it just seems like yesterday watching #8 tote the football for the Maroon Tide. He was only 26 and that’s a life that was taken that shouldn’t have been. Very, very sad. 1

slicklizard
It’s said we all die once every second. I’m in this camp. The person any of us was is gone in that small fragment of time. However small the change you have been recreated. The old you doesn’t exist anymore. I didn’t really keep up with Josh after he left high school but I do know he had a family that cared about him. The pain, grief and shock they must be bombarded with must be paralyzing. They will be calls for this has got to stop, etc, etc. It doesn’t . Matter of fact the last 20000 years of archeological record says it won’t. There are people that evidence shows were savagely murdered that long ago. Most certainly longer than that also. What’s the answer ? I don’t think there is one We can’t be fixed. It hasn’t changed in who knows how long. I I seen Josh play many times . The thing that stood out about him above all else was that he never had an off game or even off play. He gave everything he had on every step he took on that field. It really was an inspiring thing to watch. Once upon a time this is how I remember him.
