Comment like this reminds me of most saying USC was prob the best college team ever leading up to the USC/Texas classic Vince Young game. You def might be right though. I’ll be pulling for McEvans but I’m thinking Bay Springs 36-14. McEvans has a stout defense but this will be the best offense they’ve seen all year. Another big thing to look at is opening up jitters. This will be new territory for these McEvans players and Bay Springs has the experience. If McEvans can start off strong and not be nervous this might be a lot closer than people think.

I'm say this again you must have a good scheme in order to beat Bay Springs. And you stick with it because Bay Springs is going to do what they do.

If McEvans sit back thinking their front 7 can stop Bay Springs . Then is already over then. You don't have too many 1A schools with Dept that Bay Springs nor athletes Period

Bay springs will beat mcevans by 4 touchdowns

I just hate people try to compare McEvans this year to Simmons last year when it comes to playing Bay Springs. Even though Bay Springs blew Simmons out in the championship game, they did not do so last year until their heart and soul do it all Mr 1A Vontrez Rush went out with a game ending injury early game and their best linemen went out. Bay Springs did what they supposed to do at that point and put their foot up Simmons you know where. Simmons had limited options after that point and similar during the season this year. Mcevans this year just have way more senior athletes than Simmons had last year and have more spreaded athletes than last year Simmons team. I dont discredit Bay Springs team. They are a well put together team, well known and well tested. McEvans is unknown to most and has been limiting people defensively all year including this Friday. I dont know stat line but I believe they held a high power high scoring Biggersville under 100 yds total. Biggersville only score came because they gamble with a blitz on a 4th down and they move the safety out of position to defend a quick slant. Biggersville may have accumulated 2-4 true first downs. McEvans defense is real.

Bay Springs be a lot better this year.  Nobody going to play with them.  Nobody scored on they defense in the playoffs.  They average bout 50 a game in playoffs.

They gone hurt McEvans feelings.

McEvans will not get 50+ points or a lot of points scored on them. Im not arguing any other outcomes other than Bay Springs will not score a lot of points on McEvans. A lot of people even said biggersville was about to win close and even a few said a good margin. They just basically got shut down by an underrated defense.

MCEvans has give up points except in 1A.  They don't play nobody.  Bay Springs will score no less than 5 times.  They got three dawgs at RBs and they defense will eat up anybody in 1A.  
Wait til you see'm. They big and they fast and we'll coach to. This the best team I seen at Bay Spring.  Better than last year by a mile.

I want you to do yourself some justice.  Go back and watch that game between Simmons and Bay Springs . Simmons didn't really truly stop Bay Springs.  They shot theirselves in foot with them fumbles. Simmons only had one good drive that's wen the QB broke that long run. Also if watch that's notice they pull #3 down to ground go back and watch it. I don't why the referees didn't call a holding  but, they can't catch it all.

 

Also another thing this is key to when play Bay Springs you must be discipline I watched Simmons when they had that winning streak and notice this they wasn't discipline . Its the little but,  important stuff like jumping off sides that will. That will get u in trouble with Bay Springs.
