Ocean Springs, NW Rankin and Madison Central was tough to sort out cuz all three have played each other and wins/losses were mixed. That’s still no comparison cuz GCS has never been a powerhouse in MAIS. That’s why I said comparing THAT GCS team to Lamar is laughable. They were much better than Lamar for the two year stretch due to Covid which they won state championships very easily while destroying every MAIS team in their way. That year they played Oak Grove they outscored MAIS teams 364-66. 45 of those 66 points from Prep and MRA. That same year Prep beat Lamar 51-14. They have won two since y’all last championship in 2018 though and y’all are 26-24 during that stretch so also nothing to brag about. Yet yea wanna put yourself in the same category as Picayune and Oak Grove. Get out of Meridian and watch more schools fella.

Oh it’s no doubt he going to blame the missing players if they lose tonight. That’s main reason he hasn’t commented. I hope they do win though and the next couple weeks leading up to the Noxubee game so his confidence gets built up and his normal trash talk is back to normal. That dang cell phone service of his this year. It’s like why I hope the Cowboys do good during the season to hear their fans say We Them Boys only for the fall to be that much better.

No one to debate with or nothing to debate about cuz at this time last year we were still having to read your opinion about Enterprise having the best D, kicker and backfield in 3A plus why they would beat Raleigh or JDC? Face it there’s just not much to talk about right now and that’s ok. The season is still young and district play hasn’t even started yet.

You mean a GCS team that is arguably one of the best MAIS teams to have ever been assembled? Assembled is the key word. Comparing that team to Lamar is like comparing Georgia to Ball State. Not to mention that game was scheduled during the season because a MAIS team backed out against GCS leaving both teams having an open date and Oak Grove accepting knowing GCS had a great team. Strange how it didn’t happen again the year after when GCS lost everyone. Prob cuz the Oak Grove staff knew it wasn’t worth it while all the big boys in MAIS wanted a revenge tour against them to get their respect back.

I was about to say to you the other day would you rather have 2 pages of knowledgeable discussions or 4-5 pages of stuff like this haha? Yea the days of good discussion on here has def lessened but I’ve realized a lot of the smaller school threads are just trash talk while the upper classes are more of in depth discussions. Less is more sometimes.

As always here’s the 2 questions going into the Enterprise game… 1. Does Sims play? 2. If Enterprise wins does EBF’s phone immediately work unlike after losses?
