I'm guessing you don't like him? lol

coming from a guy who supported a guy at Taylorsville that couldn't be confirmed as the DC but should be the next head coach, don't think I'm clueless hahahahah. If russum wasn't a quality coach then bilderback would have never kept him. Cluff is also a good option

coordinators are going to run what the head coaches want them to run. During the game the coordinators will call the plays unless there is something special the head coach wants run on a particular play.
-
I agree. he has ran the defense since the beginning and should be moved up. I'm sure he learned a lot from bilderback

if the athlete is good enough it doesn't matter where he plays, he will get noticed.

hahahaha they have been down this road many times in Jones county

Mississippi better not lose with this coaching staff

great group of coaches no doubt. They will maximize what they have for sure -
coast schools and especially jones county schools do the same thing as far as hiring. Very seldom do they hire outside coaches, just keep recycling. dont know milner but it just seems like the same old same at jones county and will be the same result. he was the OC for the last several years (from what i read previously on this post) He may do a great job but i would think that he would have did it before now. just my opinion
-
interesting that NEJ would not pay more than where he is

i think what is going on at perry central is very common (and it stinks) of many small towns. I don't think this guy is ready for a head coaching job. He has been a DC at several different schools in his short career but leaves after a few years at each school. So i question that. He has to establish himself as a great DC (ex multiple playoffs, south state championship appearance, or state championship appearance AS A COORDINATOR, and then he can move on to a head coach) To many young coaches want to skip the steps
-
why would you say that? WM was not good this year and you want him to jump to PETAL?
-
i think it is the same question every year, what is wrong with biloxi? biggest mistake was elevating a DC from a team that was not winning. why not keep the head coach ? have heard of elevating a Coordinator from a winning team to head coach when the other coach leaves but not from a team that is not winning. just seems like a recipe for not winning. I don't know the answers but I still think they should be able to compete at a high level.

How can george county FORCE him to come back lol? They Cant!! The grass was not greener on the other side and they found that out. I do wonder if flopping schools back and fourth will hurt his recruitment? I would be skeptical. Doesn't matter, Picayune will not be beat in the south.

stone above wayne and laurel is funny. They had one good year in 4A and now number 3 in 5A with a new coach? I will take that bet. My opinion is Laurel will come up with a great season. Wayne, vancleave, and gautier will also be tough. None of it matters anyway WEST POINT is waiting

i will put my two cents in on this for fun. Out of the 4 candidates i would pick stockstill. he has done a good job as a coordinator and head coach at every place he has been. lowery hasn't. He won a state championship at corinth but they have been periodically good and have played for several championships in the past. didn't sniff at PC or NF being competitive. Not a bad coach but ........ I put the other two coaches in the same category. Aycock and the OG coach came to programs that had been established as far as going to state championships so they just followed what was there but all coaches have to work up the ladder and do a good job. All good coordinators need a chance but I still think stockstill because of the experience just my opinion

do you think whoever picayune hired would not have success? lol

thought yall played prc and poplarville every year?
