The coaches can coach a team to play together but when the parents and community are critical of every move because their child or grandchild isn't the star of the team it creates a problem within that child. Hard to be loyal to your family and team when they are pulling in opposite directions Also you are entitled to your opinion but if you are going to openly criticize coaches and teachers it would be good to at least half way communicate like an educated person.
