In my experience at MAIS schools, none of the schools I was at offered any kind of athletic scholarships, and no players lived with the coaches except their own children.

Prep's fees and tuition is about $20k/year
-
They also offer tuition assistance for those in need, however (from Prep's website): " Jackson Prep believes that qualified students who desire a Prep education should not be denied that opportunity because of economic hardship. Therefore, Prep has established the Flex Tuition Program to help families in need. Flex Tuition is awarded strictly on the basis of need. Jackson Prep does not award any athletic or academic merit scholarships."

Have a look at Prep's 2024 & 2023 roster here: https://jacksonprepsports.net/sports/football/roster/2024 and please tell me who they recruited.

This season they surely would. Probably 2A as well... maybe 3A

Pulaski is in Arkansas
-
Tri-County would own 1A. The idea that melanin determines athleticism is fictitious.

Black and white has no consequence. Coaching does. West Jones and Oak Grove have athletes galore, of all races, but were schooled in both games. Superior teams win, regardless of racial factors. Your thinking is 1960's.

What is the supposed reason for the larger MAIS to join MHSAA? The competition won't be much better unless they compete in 7A, and if they're in 2A-4A it'll be worse. Non sequitur.

Leland 34 West Bolivar 22

Resurrection 16 Salem 6. I know Resurrection has very few players this season, but that's a surprising score.

Taylorsville might be close to being the all-time wins leader, but there are several years that I can't find any info on their seasons.

Prep 42 West Jones 0 end of 3rd

MRA crushed Oak Grove; Prep is on the way to doing the same to West Jones - two of the best teams in MHSAA The argument that Prep, MRA, and Hartfield can't compete against the best in MHSAA for a full season is a red herring. They would almost certainly be dominant.
