I think Lumberton and Taylorsville are usually mirror images talent-wise. Resurrection is well-coached but has struggled with numbers recently. Stringer is also well-coached, but until they show a product the jury is still out on them... some of the teams they've scheduled makes me wonder whether they're really up to snuff yet - Park Place, Salem, Wayne Academy, & Mount Olive. If you have a team that is "all that ", those wouldn't be considered competition.

I don't think folks believe Taylorsville is going to struggle all that much - especially considering how utterly watered-down 1A is currently.

Thoughts? Regions 1 & 2 look like there'll be some surprising 1 seeds... and Region 7... wow. Bogue Chitto went 6-5 last year, but the other three teams in R7 combined for one win.

That Maxpreps is off kinda goes without saying, but SBL is supposed to be accurate from what I understand.

If the rosters on SBL and Maxpreps are remotely accurate, some of these teams are going to have severe depth issues.

Every team in Region 4 has the potential to go deep. Unfortunate that one of them won't even make the playoffs

I've seen some spring game film and so far Wesson, to me, looks mighty good. I haven't seen film on some others who should be contenders, but consider me impressed.
