Oh yeah Pascagoula is playing alot better right now that they did a couple weeks ago. But we also alot healthier than we were the first time we played them. But at this time of the year can't over look anyone if u want make it.
Goula gonna be a totally different team this Friday night. We took advantage of all their mistakes in that monsoon. I hope the team doesn't think it's gonna be cakewalk since we hung a 50 piece on them the first game. We better start fast and finish strong.
Why would any of these coaches want to leave their current successful programs to take over a complete rebuild with no real talent? Petal is not as good of a job as you think. Yes, it does pay a lot more than most and it does have great facilities, but paychecks and facilities does not guarantee wins.
JDC was a way better team earlier in the year than right now. Beat Poplarville, Lawrence County, Laurel and Raleigh; all who are still playing. By far held Columbia to its lowest point total of the year. Also beat Seminary who is still playing. Since then we’ve seemed to play down to our competition which is very frustrating. Dropped passes have been a huge issue for us. Our qb has been battling a leg injury and hasn’t been mobile since the Raleigh game. This team can play way better than it has the last 4-5 games. They need to find the intensity they had earlier in the year
Gulfport and OS are going to continue to have a problem come playoff time if the other region 4 teams continue to be cream puffs and little more than scrimmage affairs.
It’s proving difficult to encounter the physicality and athleticism of the region 3 teams (which are far more battle-hardened) after several weeks of skull-dragging the likes of St. Martin and D’Iberville.
Don’t foresee this changing with the really-don’t-give-a-damn approach that most of the other coast schools exhibit.
Bama definitely is improving weekly.
The Iron Bowl can be tricky, Auburn COULD beat Bama. That wouldn't matter in the West but would kill Bama's chances for the playoffs.
