OU wins by 8. The QB problem at State will get the most talk, but that was an absolutely terrible defensive showing by State too. OU missed three field goals or that game isn’t remotely close. Best offensive showing of the season by a bad offense. I think that Vandy game in two weeks is potentially Lebby coaching for his job. Can’t believe it has turned as quickly as it has. But there are more problems than just Kamario being injured. MANY more.

Just feels like State was a house of cards this year and it took one or two injuries to take them from Top 20 team to I’m not totally sure they get to 6-6 now. This is the kind of game that will get the Lebby hot seat talk going again.

Oklahoma is only up 10-0 and it feels like an insurmountable lead.

Puckett has actually looked okay. Made a poor decision to keep the ball. Give it to Fluff or pass the ball. That hurt.

Kamario hurt again late first quarter. Scrambled on a 4th down and you could tell immediately there was a problem. These next three quarters are going to be a painful watch with these two offenses. 3-2 the sequel?

Houston and Shannon broke Itawamba spirit, Itawamba have fall apart after starting the season out at 5-0, haven't played nobody just Corinth, Corinth got upset to Amory so look like Corinth, Itawamba are pretenders, not who they thought they were before the season got started in them polls, look like both teams couldn't handle the high expectations coming into this season and Itawamba was favorite to win Reg 2-4A, couldn't handle the pressure to win Reg 2-4A division again

Right now Brandon holds the tiebreaker due to points difference. Meridian could turn the region into chaos if they keep playing well.

While you’re correct that was a bad assumption Brandon typically wins district and chokes in the playoffs. So OG is still on track.

Next week definitely determines where WJ will finish as they close out with Forest Hill the following week and they will win that one. Hattiesburg still cant officially claim the region as they still have Terry to play the following week. Region 3 is following the same script this season as it has the past 4 seasons.

Tough task for Lebby going up against Venables with a young QB. I think it will be a close game, depending on who wins the turnover battle. Kamario will probably struggle with the pressures Venables is about to bring. Have to rely on Fluff and Kamario’s athleticism to win this one. I’ll take the Dawgs 21-18 Ole Miss has looked phenomenal lately. This is a very talented team capable of winning it all. But Golding lays a few eggs every year even going back to his Bama days. Texas is struggling offensively and Sark is fighting for his job at this point. I’ll go OM 28-24

Basically you have Picayune who is 3-0. Hancock is 2-1. Pascagoula, PRC, Gautier, and Long Beach are all currently 1-2 battling for the 3 and 4 seeds. Crazy part is, there is a world where you could have the 4 playoff teams all with a 3-2 record after the next 2 weeks depending on how things happen (highly unlikely, but possible). Region 4 is going to be a fun ride the next 2 weeks. More fun to keep up with than OS at the moment LOL

It looks like Region 3 has some good matchups this week with Hattiesburg @ West Jones, and George County @ Terry. The results of this week will probably determine final seeding in Region 3 since these are the 4 teams that will represent Region 3 in the playoffs.

What did the PRC win over Goula last night do? I think Long Beach may be effectively out, but I think the rest may still be unsettled.

Looks like Hancock is gonna get that no.2 seed and a first round home game. Picayune has the region locked up with a 2 game lead on everyone but Hancock but have the tiebreaker on them..

The interview with Tracy Lampley is also in this clip. He basically says he called timeout and told his guys this wasn’t the way the game is meant to be played and we were going to play it the right way. He also said they would address it further in practice this week. I like that mentality

IDK if huff the red was coaching for his job or something but he acted like it . He threw the kitchen sink tonight. EC played like they didn't think they could win coming in so they tried to put it in the refs hands. It didn't work. They lost the game on second down. They would gain yards running it on first down and invariably run some goofy play that took forever to develop on second and WC would run them down. They got some corn feds on the OL but they play with inconsistency. They could give someone a game in the first round It was needed. WC had to call on a different kind of craft to overcome them
