Although Vance did look steamed a few times with his players. But the best part of the night was Meridian now looks like a complete team. Good defense and an offense they could always run the ball now has a semblance of a passing game with big tall #16 Q Jones. Before the season started I did not think they could make the playoffs in tough region 3 but i do now. I think they can win enough region games to get the 3rd or 4th seed. It may be because of the size of the stadium, but that looked like a poorly attended game last night. I was there as well. Meridian is very capable of making noise in region 3 6a and if you could play Laurel again it wouldn't be like the first game. As far as Coach Vance, I don't think he's steamed at his players. He and his staff are just so frustrated at what has happened to his team and injuries that occurred so early in the season. All teams in 5a and 6a can throw your records, whether you're 4-0 or 0-4 out the window as the real season starts next week with region play. This only going to make the coaching, and team better in the future. Un forseen things happen this is something we cant control at this moment so have your fun now why the getting is good.
