Bulldogs4
Not looking good at the half. 27-7 and we missed a FG at the end of the half. But Scooba is never out of game. Very capable of a comeback in the second half.
coastfootballfanman
Mississippi JUCOs are going to struggle against out of state competition unless the state revisits the rule on out of state players. 90% of the NJCAA teams do not have a cap on out of state scholarships, and therefore are allowed to recruit pretty much nationally while our JUCOs here have only 8-9 I believe they can use for out of state players. This has allowed the rest of the country to catch up to us talent wise as well. We do not have the strangle hold on JUCO football that we did 5-10 years ago. Couple this with the NCAA doing away with ACT scores to qualify and this has hurt Mississippi JUCOs as we are no longer getting the big time talent that missed out because of grades. We are not getting a lot of those kids anymore.
Bulldogs4
It used to be 10 out of state players on the 52 man roster. Scooba beat Hutchinson last week but it appears that they have run into a juggernaut tonight.

From my understanding, yes. Its was just a few states for a while but now pretty much everyone has unlimited scholarship or a really big amount allotted like 20+.
