I picked New Albany because they seem to know how to get out the first round! I mean Shannon has been throwing around whoopings lately and they didn't even manage a point against Louisville when they played. In the first Louisville/Kozy game, Louisville jumped ahead early and Kozy had some uncharacteristic penalties that put their offense in bad situations, so that led to a 26-10 lead at halftime. BUT in the 2nd half, it was much more even with the scoring being 33-28. So yeah if Kosciusko can correct some of those penalty issues they had, should they meet a 2nd time, it could be closer. That said, if Louisville does get to State, out of the south, Poplarville could give them fits. Running that double wing could neutralize Coleman and Turner off the edge. Only other squad that maybe can hang with them would be Pass Christian, but they are VERY similar to Kosciusko offensively. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
