I have no clue who goes where in the north, someday else can do better than me there. In the south, I think a couple things make selecting new regions tricky. The biggest issue is in region 7, in the southwest part of the state. There are 6 teams there and there’s literally nowhere else you can put them that makes sense. So those 6 teams certainly will have to all be paired together. That means another district is gonna to only have teams, with all 4 guaranteed of making the playoffs. The other issue is Philadelphia. They will have to be in the south due to the north having so many teams. But no matter where you put them, it’s gonna cause at least one long drive for a region game.
