I’m The Grove bound but wanted to throw my poll together before I went and had some adult beverages. I left Winona out of the main poll and just made it 4A-7A since caused some confusion. Ocean Springs, NW Rankin and Madison Central was tough to sort out cuz all three have played each other and wins/losses were mixed. In MAIS it was hard to have MRA anywhere but #1 even with their 2 losses cuz the 2 losses have come to 2 of the best teams in MS and AR.

Everyone better pay attention to that WJ defense. Wayne County has played both OG and WJ. OG in the #1 team in the state and WJ is the #2 team in 6A. To me WJ defense is as good if not better

Probably. Our defense isn’t very good. We just out talent teams right now.

Speaking of defenses Tupelo has quietly outscored their first four opponents 166-14. Im not jumping on the defensive hype train just yet tho cuz they were dominant last year until they ran into a healthy Starkville team in the playoffs giving up 41.

I was really surprised last night. OG has one of the fastest defensive units that I’ve seen in awhile. They remind me of some of the WC teams of the early 2000’s. Has OG got any kids out due to injury?

No. Like I said, the defense just isn’t very good. At least right now. That was the first real QB we faced and he had his way with us. But MRA would do that to a lot of teams with their offense. They’re just that well coached.
