I was a coach at a private school, head football, head baseball and I taught and only made 44,000 a year.

Man I hate to say it but 1a north has gotten weak.

Agreed taking all the teams to playoffs is not good. School are not earning their way in anymore, so its nothing to play for because you are automaticaly get in. I remeber when you had to fight to get in. But now money and false hope is what we are selling. If you are going to do so many division take only the top 2 teams and it means more.

I agree this situation was handled wrong and now the kids are suffering but I also know for a fact kids are told they will be eligible if they move by coaches who only care about winning and do not have the players best interest in mind. This is why I say Coaches should be held accountable also. Not losing their job by maybe losing games or fines.

Ok, I think we need to make some adjustments to those old policy because in the end the kids are the ones being hurt.

Ok thats fine but now will they hold Tupelo to the same standard of punishment. because apparently something is not right.

Funny how Ty started all that mess, because he was scared his players wanted to leave to go to TCPS and he was trying to get players from TCPS. Now he is trying to get players, he lied about the TCPS deal now he is caught up something needs to be done.

Just saying make sure you have all the info, just because someone is accused of something and Brad Locke quotes it does not make it true. And I believe if I am correct it never mentioned anyone getting school paid for. Just make sure you know all the facts. Because I know those involved and it's deeper than you think.

Pancho make sure you check your facts before saying things that you may not know. Now Tupelo I am not sure what they do.

Biggersville has the advantage being at home. Also if you look at Simmons coaches playoff record it’s not too good. I believe the Lions will win this game. But I said it last year and I will say it again McEvans wins the North. I saw them last year and I think they have what it takes.

The key to this game is home field advantage, I know both teams really well and I think whoever has home field advantage will win. Biggersville has great athletes and very good young coach but Simmons has tradition and a believe that the are going to win. If you can get Simmons out of the Delta you have a good shot to beat them. Hard to win at Simmons.

I totally agree. I also think they over look small school players who deserve to be on there. Politics in high school sports is hurting our young athletes, because coaches don’t have the heart to stand up and do what is right.

The main reason a lot of kids transfer is opportunity and coaches. If coaches can not relate to kids they will find coaches who can. Also kids want an opportunity to play and not sit. So many coaches are set in their ways and not willing to adjust to the times. We live in a social media time and players want to be promoted and feel important and if coaches are not doing that kids will find places where they do.

Coach knows he is on hot seat and losing to smaller school, even if it’s a scrimmage is not good.

Tupelo backed out.

Tupelo was supposed to play IAHS in scrimmage and backed out. Because they know they were going to lose. Big brother scared of little brother.
