If that game does take place, they would probably just drop the Hattiesburg/ Laurel matchup and replace it with Hattiesburg/ PRC. I would say it has huge potential to be a bigger rivalry and draw in more people

It seems to be a pattern with Sumrall baseball to get national exposer. Its also hard to understand the level of competition they might be seeing in their schedule. I wish these rankings would have a strength of schedule or something along those lines. I dont feel like they would continue to compete at a high level if they played the above average teams week in and week out

I agree. I dont think there are many people willing to stick their neck out for Foxhall at this point. I hate to see it like this, but a change is much needed if Lemonis is wanting to stay in Starkville

If Lemonis doesnt fire Foxhall, do you think the AD will wipe the staff completely? or does Lemonis at least have another year with his staff? Im interested to see how all this will play out

State is left with some difficult series ahead Auburn Tennessee Arkansas LSU A&M If somehow we can take 3 series out of these remaining 5, I think post season is very possible

The state and ole miss games have been some instant classics over the past 8 years. Im starting to think it doesn't matter who is on the mound. State has answered to being thrown in some tough situations.
